The Dark does not exist without parasitically nurturing itself off the spilled light of the Light Worker.
The light of the Light Worker bares high resonance frequencies of "love", "unity", "compassion" & "merciful healing". These frequencies are too powerful for "baser" energies to process.
Therefore, these parasitical energies attempt to seduce the Light Worker into focusing their "light" through optics if "anger", "frustration", "need", "want", "dualities" and "hatred". If the light is spilled through these lower vibratory resonances then the Dark parasitical hoards can suckle off the Light-Worker's life force energy and higher light.
Therefore, it is crucial to understand that the "dark" is powerless and ceases to exist as anything but Light, to the degree that the Light-Workers stops lending intention of their sacred higher light resonance to filter through "fear" and "oppressive" frequencies.
Instead, simply find the "spark" of light within the "dark" and steadily focus your intention on resonating the freedom and potential of that spark to broadcast unconditional eternal life.
As Light-Workers focus on the united singularity of All, "oppression" shall continue to collapse and the great loving reunion may ensue.
